Our Services

The CRUMB Method is a Cortisol Reducing Unique Meal Builder. TOAST Nutrition Counseling developed this method to make eating healthy less of an obstacle. Through this method we provide delicious healthy recipes and ingredient swap suggestions for the meals you already love. With our guidance you will have a better understanding of how to fuel your body through a lifestyle that aligns with you. You will reduce the anxiety and stress you feel around making the "right food choices". Finally, you will walk away feeling empowered and have clearly defined realistic goals set to help you achieve your ultimate health vision.

Hello! I'm Carlie, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. In my practice, I follow a non-diet, health at every size, and an intuitive eating approach when working with my clients. My goal as a dietitian is to create love and community around food and encourage health and longevity through a holistic health approach to nutrition.


I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's in dietetics. Once completing the dietetic internship, I passed the state exam and became a credentialed Registered Dietitian for Ohio in 2021. Since graduating in 2019, I have varied experiences working in food pantries, long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, and clinical nutrition. Throughout each position, I have gained valuable knowledge on how important it is to properly nourish ourselves. 


With so many resources available online, it can be difficult to navigate through articles and learn about nutrition on your own. As a dietitian, I can be utilized as a tool to help you determine what your nutrition plan should look like. Allow me to support you when making healthy changes becomes too challenging to work through on your own. I have a passion for reframing complex concepts in nutrition and arranging them into manageable guidelines my clients can use and incorporate into their lives.

Meet Tiffany!

My name is Tiffany, sending good vibes from Bowling Green, Ohio! I’ve always been interested in learning more about the affects of food on our health and the complexities of medical conditions - there’s so much information out there. My passion for nutrition has only grown since I changed my major from nursing to dietetics back in 2014. Since then, I’ve gained a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics with a minor in Health Promotion, a Master’s of Food and Nutrition, my Registered Dietitian credential and experience as a health coach.

As a dedicated registered dietitian and health coach, my goal is to always meet you where you are and to promote forward momentum, no matter what that looks like for YOU. I’m here and eager to be your sounding board through your transformation.
